  • Affiliation (organisation, institution, or company)
  • Password (stored in hashed format)
  • Usage data via Google Analytics

3. How We Collect Your Data

Data is collected through registration forms and analytics tools. All personal data is provided voluntarily; refusing to supply certain information may limit access to some features or courses. While we do not intentionally use cookies for personal data collection, we acknowledge that functional or third‑party cookies may be present.

We use your personal data to:

  • Improve our services using anonymised affiliation data

  • OpenAI, Google Gemini and other AI providers – for processing uploaded content

Data may be transferred to and processed in locations outside the UK, including countries without equivalent data‑protection laws.

7. Third‑Party Websites

Our site and courses may contain links to third‑party websites (partners, suppliers, sponsors, etc.). We do not control the content or privacy practices of such sites; visiting them is subject to their own terms and policies.

8. Data Storage and Retention

Personal data is stored in Firebase. Uploaded content is stored on Fly.io servers. Personal data is retained for 6 months after the last user activity. Uploaded content is stored only for processing, and no longer than 6 months. Users can delete their files at any time; only the latest version is kept, no history is stored.

9. Your Rights

You have the right to:

  • Access, correct, or delete your data (on request)
  • Object to certain processing (e.g., analytics or marketing)
  • Request account deletion via support@corrozone.com

10. Cookies

We do not deliberately use cookies for tracking, but functional cookies and those from Google Analytics may be present. Currently, we do not use a cookie consent banner.

11. Children’s Privacy

Our service is not intended for users under 18. We do not verify age or block underage users, but our content is not adult-specific.

We may update this Privacy Policy and notify you via email. Continued use of the service implies acceptance of the updated policy.
